Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative work and related experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, skills.
  • Proficiency and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude with strong relationship building skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Must be detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Prior experience working on large infrastructure programs preferably in mass transit systems.
  • Prior knowledge of documentation/ revision control is preferred.
  • Prior work in documentation control/project assistance role is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills.

Education and Experience

  • Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related fields: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a project administration, project coordinator or similar role.
