Your Opportunity
Based in Saskatoon, your role will be to provide project logistics support to our Environmental Services team across the prairies (Manitoba and Saskatchewan). The position starts as part-time (5 hours/day x 5 days/week), but may grow to full-time (7.5 hours/day x 5 days/week). The position is office based (not remote or hybrid).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff resources for project fieldwork (Shifts software app).
- Schedule project and other meetings, book meetings rooms, and handle any special requests (e.g., food orders).
- Coordinate travel itineraries and arrangements (including subcontractors, as required).
- Retrieve or return rental vehicles, if and when required.
- Process project expense reports, invoices, and orders.
- Perform clerical tasks including project data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Potentially support business centre leaders and employees with other administrative tasks.
- Assist with reception, if and when required.
- Perform other project or administrative duties as required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities
- Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed
- Flexibility to learn new skills
- Proficiency with Shifts software app is a key asset.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma with minimum of 3-4 years’ project coordinator or administrative experience; or a post-secondary diploma/degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position is in an office setting.
