Your Capabilities and Credentials 

  • Able to handle ambiguity and work independently to drive things to completion with minimal direction.
  • Possess outstanding organization skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. 
  • Able to identify needed and missing information, reference information sources to get needed information independently; and ask for help or confirmation of conclusions from senior staff or peers.
  • Ability to learn independently.
  • Ability to work remotely and in an office environment, productively and efficiently in both. 
  • Ownership of quality and accuracy of own work.
  • Consistent drive to improve own knowledge and capabilities.
  • Ability to view issues from multiple viewpoints in order to communicate with team members and resolve or avoid conflicts inherent in communication.
  • Customer Service mentality when working with both internal and external people.
  • Possess impeccable communication skills and superior organizational capabilities. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member with multi-national staff and teams. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must possess novice skills in Microsoft Excel 
  • Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Word (all word processing functions: formatting, styles, etc.).
  • Present a superior level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions, both internally and externally to the organization.
  • Prefer intermediate skills in SharePoint (managing a site, utilizing the site to its fullest capabilities).

Education and Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in project support, preferably in engineering, design, or construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable field preferred but not required. High school diploma required.

This is a temporary position. Prior experience with or understanding of project earned value management practices, including analysis of cost and schedule variances, development of bottoms-up estimates to complete, and analysis of estimates of completion to ensure successful management during all project stages.
