Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience operating in an administrative office support capacity with demonstrated skills to support a high paced business effectively. 
  • Demonstrated writing skills, along with solid verbal communication
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Proficient user of Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure, deal with difficult situations and/or people, take initiative, demonstrate organizational and detail-oriented skills and juggle multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, high-energy level, flexibility, dependability, and willingness to learn new skills and be a team player

 

Education and Experience

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Office exposure with 3 or more years of experience in a professional environment
