To be successful for this role you’ll need:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration or a similar support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and high- volume workloads.
Strong knowledge in using suite of tools and serves as a subject matter expert in talent data management and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across recruitment process and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
