About the role:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our ANZ team and support our Talent Acquisition team across Australia and New Zealand. This fast-paced role involves engaging with team members in multiple locations and time zones, so strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You’ll need to be proactive—never hesitating to reach out, follow up, and drive recruitment activities forward. If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys tackling existing & new projects, and is always seeking ways to improve processes, you’ll fit right in. Time management and prioritisation come naturally to you, and you bring a good sense of humour to work every day, we believe in having fun while achieving great results together.

Day to day tasks would involve:

  • Coordinate and support the administrative requirements for all recruitment activities, ensuring smooth                         workflow and effective communication with TA Team.

  • Point of contact for weekly internal job bulletins and manage all associated processes.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), ensuring candidate and job records are current                and reliable.

  • Assist TA team by preparing sourcing reports, maintaining candidate pipelines, and tracking progress for job               requisitions.

  • Request reference checks and document related communications between TA team members, managers,                   and candidates.

  • Support the implementation of sourcing strategies by managing job postings, online advertisements, and                     other recruitment-related communications.

  • Assist the team in monitoring applicant flow and pipeline movement.

  • Ensure all candidate data, notes, and related documentation are on Taleo and the Recruitment SharePoint.

  • Maintain Taleo, ensuring all required internal contacts are on the system.

  • Be the point of contact for the Global Mobility team, advertising and managing all information required for                   Labour Market Testing.

  • Collaborate with TA Consultants and team members to improve administrative processes and enhance                         recruitment operations.

  • Manage ANZ TA Email inbox.

  • Work with TA consultants to track agency spend

  • Serve as a resource for best practices in recruitment administration and system usage.

 To be successful for this role you’ll need:

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration or a similar support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates                and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and high-            volume workloads.

  • Strong knowledge in using suite of tools and serves as a subject matter expert in talent data management                  and reporting.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across recruitment process and                                documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
