Water Resources Intern (Summer 2025)

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
• Ability to work in diverse team environments, interacting with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  
• Willingness to perform field work as needed 
  

Education and Experience

• In progress toward earning a Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, or related field, and a minimum of 2 year of related undergraduate coursework.
• Specific coursework or exposure to one or more of the following:
  
  • Engineering feasibility analyses and design
    
  • Hydrology and hydraulics
    
  • Water resources planning and design
    
  • Civil engineering design of water and wastewater infrastructure
    

Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
